Admissions Process

Choosing the right school is a defining decision in a young person's life. At Asperion International Finishing School, we understand the responsibility that comes with this choice. Our intentionally designed MYP and Diploma Programme, combined with a structured weekly residential model, prepares students not only for university, but for leadership and life. We invite families to submit an initial enquiry so that our Admissions Team may connect personally and guide you through the process. Families who are able to visit are encouraged to schedule a campus appointment. Applications for admission to Asperion are completed online through the Application Portal. A non-refundable application fee will apply (INR XXXX). The following documents must accompany the application:

• Scanned copy of the student's birth certificate
• Scanned copies of identity documents of the student and parent or guardian
• School reports for the last two academic years including all terms or semesters
• Official transcripts where applicable
• Contact details of the current Principal or Coordinator for reference
• Any documentation relating to specific learning support needs, where relevant

If reports are issued in a language other than English, certified translations must be provided. Kindly allow up to three working days for our Admissions Team to review your documents and communicate the schedule for the assessment and interaction. All submitted applications and supporting documents are reviewed by the Academic Leadership Team. Reference checks may be conducted where required. The school may request additional documentation if necessary. Eligible applicants will be invited for standardised assessment testing followed by a student interaction. Details will be communicated within three working days of document verification.

Subject to successful review and seat availability, a formal Offer of Placement will be issued via email. To confirm admission, an enrolment deposit must be paid within the stipulated timeline. Upon receipt, the school will issue a Letter of Acceptance and the applicable fee invoice (INR XXXX). Payment schedules and instalment options will be clearly communicated. The Letter of Acceptance confirms the student's secured place at Asperion.

Prior to commencement in August, families will receive a Welcome Communication detailing residential information, academic orientation, digital platform access, and key contacts. Students will be introduced to their mentors, homeroom structure, and residential community to ensure a smooth transition into the Asperion journey.
